Bio: Pastor John & his lovely wife Selina are the lead Pastor’s of Mountain Gap Church. Pastor John and Selina have been married for 27 years and have three beautiful daughters. They have been in Pastoral ministry for over 22 years. His ministry has carried him into homes by radio, live streams and through multiple different countries. He is passionate for reaching the lost, the unchurched and raising up the next generation for the advancement of Gods Kingdom.

Pastor: Selina and I are so thankful for the opportunity to serve Mountain Gap Church and the surrounding area. We believe that we have been strategically placed by God to serve our community. Our ministry is dedicated to reaching people of all ages, cultures and backgrounds. We long to see Mountain Gap Church fulfill the vision for each family to have “Strong Hearts & Strong Homes.” We are passionate about Gods Word, about worship, about healthy marriages and families, and about each person walking in the purpose of God for their life. We value relationship over religious action. Hello!

I am Toye Garner, Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor at Mountain Gap Church.

I have lived in Pike County since 1973.  I graduated from Pike County High School in 1987.  I married my husband Robbie in 1986 and we have two beautiful children. Our oldest is our daughter Chelsea (husband Ben) and our youngest is our son Connor. We also have a nephew (Justin) and niece in law (Samantha) that hold the same place in our hearts that our children do.  We have one granddaughter (Sephia) and another one (Chloe) on the way.

I am a little biased but I do not think you will ever meet a friendlier fellowship of worshippers than those at MGC. The people who attend Mountain Gap Church quickly become family and not just acquaintances.

The Spirit of the Lord works and moves at Mountain Gap and it is my greatest honor to haved served Him and the people since 2002.
